How are the signs made?
All our signs are hand made by professionally trained craftsmen. We use premium quality LED Flex in a variety of colors that come on a range of backing options ranging from clear acrylic to Aluminum composite sheeting. Please note that although we take the utmost care in creating your sign, as the signs are handmade, there may be small spots of glue around the neon flex. It won’t be noticed when the sign is lit.

How long will your sign last?
Our LED Neon Flex has an approximate lifespan of 50,000 hours (Approximately 5 1/2 years of 24/7 Indoor Only operation).

How can you assure the quality of the neon signs?
Neon flex is quite durable and almost unbreakable. During the production process, we ensure that all sections and bends have bonded correctly with the backing to ensure there are no areas of pressure to break the neon’s bond.

Can it be battery powered?
Yes, if it’s 12 Volts. Our signs are designed to be plugged into standard outlets. Included with each sign is a 2m clear cable exiting the back of the sign that connects to a 1.5m black 12V power adapter, which in turn plugs into the wall. These adaptors are standard certified by our supplier and end with a power plug.
