Please provide: Desired dimensions (height, width), crystal/glass type & color, metal finish, number of lights/bulbs, voltage, target price, quantity, and ceiling height/weight limits if known. Pictures or drawings help greatly.
QHow do you ensure product quality?
We implement strict QC: material inspection (crystal grade, metal), production checks, and final pre-shipment testing (electrical safety, function, finish, assembly). Photos/videos available upon request.
QWhat certifications do your lights have?
Our standard lights typically hold CE, RoHS, Custom orders can be certified upon request (additional cost/time applies). Ask for specific certs needed.
QWhat is your production lead time?
Standard items: 15-30 days. Custom orders: 30-60+ days, depending on complexity and quantity. We confirm the exact lead time after finalizing your order details.
QHow do you pack chandeliers for safe shipping?
We use multi-layer protection: individual crystal/part wrapping, reinforced cardboard compartments, thick foam padding, and sturdy export cartons. Fragile items are clearly marked. Custom crating available.
