We can provide free samples for some of our products, but you will need to pay for samples for non-stocked products/customised products.
We can offer customisation of packaging/functions, and if you have specific accessory requirements, we can also manufacture your order to your specifications.
For a sample, we usually send them out within 7 working days; orders over 500 are usually sent out in 15-25 days, depending on your quantity and whether they are customised or not!
Certified products: 3 Years / Non-certified products: 1 Year
Your order can either be sent out at once or split into multiple smaller orders to be sent out sequentially, which will be determined before the order is placed!
We offer discounts for repeat purchases / or large orders (over 1000pcs).

Yes, we provide sample services. We can provide free samples for some of our products. For non-stocked or highly customized items, a sample fee may apply. We also send confirmation samples before mass production begins.

What is your typical shipping and delivery timeframe?
Samples are usually shipped within 7 working days. For bulk orders exceeding 500 units, standard delivery takes about 15-25 days, depending on custom requirements and overall volume.
What warranty terms do you provide for your products?
We offer a 3-year warranty for certified products (such as those with CE, RoHS, ERP, SAA, etc.) and a 1-year warranty for non-certified models.
Do you offer discounts or flexible shipping options for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer special volume discounts for repeat purchases or bulk orders exceeding 1,000 pieces. Additionally, orders can be split into smaller, sequential shipments based on mutual agreement prior to production.
