What is the Warranty for the lamps?
For the lamps, we have more than 1 year warranty. If any quality problems on our side occurred in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
What is colour temperature?
Our LED Lighting offer lamps in warm, pure, and cool white with temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is, the warmer the light given by the LED.
Warm white = 2700k-3200k
Pure white = 4000k-5500k
Cool white = 6000k-7200k
What is CRI?
CRI is a figure which feedbacks the real objects colors. Higher CRI with higher cost. For LED tubes, the CRI is mostly 70-75Ra, and 80Ra with higher cost.
Can I change different lamp holder when I order? And how about the price?
Yes, you can. The lamp holder options E14, E27, and B22 are priced the same for your convenience.
