Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons, with separate foam padding. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after obtaining your authorization letters.

Q What are your terms of payment?

For orders less than USD3000, 100% T/T in advance. For orders greater than USD3000, 30% T/T in advance, and the 70% balance is payable prior to shipment (buyer is responsible for all bank charges). We accept PayPal, T/T, and Western Union, and will share product/package photos prior to balance payment.

Q What are your terms of delivery and lead times?

Our standard terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, and CFR. Lead times generally vary between 30 to 45 days, depending heavily on specific order details and current production queue volumes.

Q Can you produce custom orders according to samples?

Yes, we can manufacture products matching your physical samples or technical drawings. We are fully capable of building custom molds and production fixtures.

We can supply sample units, but customers are required to cover both the sample cost and freight charges. All products undergo a strict 100% quality test before final delivery.
