What are the primary specifications of this LED light?
This light is equipped with 2 LEDs (SMD3535), operates on a 12V input voltage, draws a low power of 0.48W, and features a 20mm diameter. The cable length and color can be customized via OEM.
What waterproof ratings are available for these lights?
This specific model features an IP65 rating. We also offer options for IP66, IP67, and IP68 waterproof ratings using traditional methods as well as silicon extrusion processes for dotless milk encapsulations.
What type of PCB board is used in these products?
We use 100% pure copper PCB boards with a thickness of at least 2 ounces, and up to 3 or 4 ounces for enhanced thermal dissipation. Most of these boards are UL listed.
Can I customize the LED chip brand for my order?
Yes. While we primarily use high-quality Epistar chips, we can accommodate custom requests for other brands such as Cree, Samsung, Philips, San'an, Honglitronic, and Smalite.
Do you offer design and OEM/ODM customization?
Yes, our engineering team can design layout files for flexible strip PCBs, rigid strip PCBs, or LED pixel modules to meet your exact project requirements. We support OEM and ODM orders globally.
